Jeremy is a great trainer, he is very dedicated to what he does and is always in a great mood. He makes our workouts fun and creative. He makes sure to ask me if the exercise is working the right part of my body, and if it’s not he is always quick to change it up to fit my needs. As a short person this is important because some workouts just don’t seem to do the right job.
